Drawing from this online based research task I developed an actionable digital marketing plan with focus on route-to-market, community building and community engagement.

This Digital Communications Plan highlights the progress from the launch of the first phase of the website to the development and implementation of the other website phases. Each phase is heavily dependent on content from both the InspiredStartups team and from its users. Hence integral to the digital communications plan is to follow the process of customer-to-company, customer-to-content and finally customer to community.
