Curl, wave, smooth and dry with no extreme heat - the Dyson Airwrap is a truly multifunctional hair styling tool. Harnessing the laws of aerodynamics and a phenomenon called the coanda effect, the Airwrap manipulates the hair into various styles using air.
Working as lead industrial designer on the Airwrap, I took the product from concept through to production. The different attachments have been designed to cater for a range of hair types meaning there is something for everyone. The same care and attention to detail was taken with the design of the product as there was with the precision engineering.
