Our first model for the page, a springtime garden. The bug in the center is my brother's creation but the mushroom and flower to the left and right are solely my designs.
A mother bird feeding her chicks. I designed the three identical chicks with economical use of parts; each chick has only one wing.
A potato posted as part of a riddle. In the middle of the week we posted the riddle ("What has lots of eyes but can't see?") and we revealed the model at the end of the week. I created and photographed the potato myself.
A sea creature model. While we waited to post this until the last vestiges of winter were behind us, these were actually some of our first models and together they were the first series of models photographed. My brother designed the squid/jellyfish in the middle, but the crab and fish to the left and right are both mine.
A fellow in a strange car. Since we were running out of unique backdrops, Byron helped us to edit in a dynamic sunrise background. The car is my own creation.
A dragon built collaboratively by my brother and I. He was photographed hanging from a string in front of a stained-glass window decoration, and the stone wall was photoshopped in afterward.
A masked bandit (right) and his sidekick (left). The bandit's hat is made of two identical foam pieces, with one folded together and secured with a short beam to form the top.

Zolo Creations

In 2014 my brother and I started interning with Byron Glaser and Sandra Higashi, local artists and the creators and owners of the Zolo brand. As part of my internship I helped to manage Zolo's social media presence, and created and posted original models to the page in an effort to engage followers and inspire them to post their own creations.
