Ongoing project for La Curieuserie
Renovation of a 3 levels building in Ardèche, France.
The project consists to put everything under regulations while renovating the whole building.
For now, I'm working on the arrangement plan, then, I'll do the administrative documents regarding the regulations and the building permit.
The aim here is to keep all the existing fireplace and wooden floor while making the apartments easy and confortable to live in.
This is a project I'm working on with Hexavest, a property developper agency. This means there is not a high budget and everything has to be simple and easy to sell.
