A. M. Cassandre - Poster done for an art show about a graphic designer of the 20's. The challenge was to make it relevant to his style, so a show that was right on the lake called for one of his famous ships pulling in. His name is spelled out in Bifur, a font which he designed in his late career. Media: Illustrator

Nozze Di Figaro - My submission for the annual UW orchestra show, which this year featured W. A. Mozart's upbeat opera, ripe with love intrigues and disguises. My main concern was to make a very conservative event like an opera show appeal to the average college crowd on campus. Media: Photoshop and Illustrator

Parachuting Hearts - This was the first poster I made that featured original artwork. The imagery came to me as a way to express the aggressive but sentimental songs that characterize The Debut. It stuck ever since and is now part of their identity. Media: Photoshop and Illustrator

Mosh - Wax Machine is a pretty heavy band. This image was found by their lead guitarist and he asked me to do something with it. I thought it only needed text, the rest was pretty eloquent. Media: Photoshop and Illustrator

Rising Sun - This is another original art piece. The military overtones and the rising sun normally associated with the East create an interesting contrast, while the Cyrillic-like font just screams revolution. Media: Photoshop and Illustrator

Swirlies - In their only joint show, I killed two birds with one stone by designing one poster for both bands. I was just looking for that Old West feel, like a duel or a hootenanny at a saloon. Media: Photoshop and Illustrator

Ten Under Ten @ GAP Gallery - "Ten Under Ten" is a movie night comprised of ten shorts with a duration of ten minutes or less each. I wanted to recreate a retro, fast fun look with a nod to the old Super-8 and instant cameras.

Dale Cana! v1 - "Dale Cana!" is a monthly acoustic concert where the best up and coming bands in Barcelona come together in a night of drinks, chats, and good music.
