Rilastil Facebook apps and CRM strategy

Rilastil is a historical italian pharmaceutical skincare brand specialized in products treating stretch marks and other skin imperfections. Its products are top quality but the brand needed a stronger connection with its customers.
The Solution:
A new concept / payoff was born: "Rilastil, libera di essere te" ("Rilastil, free to be yourself"): Rilastil isn't a brand that asks you to change to attain impossible levels of glamour, it's rather a brand that frees you from all the obstacles and imperfections that prevent your innate beauty to shine. A CRM strategy involving different activities, Facebook apps, competitions with enticing prizes, drive-to-store coupons was devised, effectively generating a massive increase in brand interactions and substantially enlarging the customers database.
