For this project I Mostly used the paint tool, mixer brush tool, and the eraser tool. My attitude towards this project was great until I got frustrated. I was first very excited to start my art piece, but I ended up going crazy over the fact that my painting did not match exactly how I looked on the picture. My mouth, nose, eyes, and skin did not look like the picture portrait but my final peice did look like me. The parts of my personality did not show very much on my paint portrait, but I intend to do so next time. The fact that I’m slightly smiling can somewhat show that I am a happy person but if I showed a complete, (full on) smile, then that would probably demonstrate a little more about what kind of person I am. I added a blue background, and according to my research, the color blue is the color of trust and responsibility.
