The architecture of the residential complex inspired by the associations connected with the sea and the towering mountains around the built up area. The residential complex creates a natural dominant in the existing natural topography. The project of the complex allows to create both comfort and protection for people living here in the cold season, but at the same time it provides the maximum visual effect of the open living environment near the sea and its surface. To the same objective refers also formation of the actively exploited terraces in the complex.
