• Chair of the Web Service Committee: tasked to lead, plan and implement all internal web-based initiatives
• Executing a full rebuild of the San Francisco facility’s intranet starting with new Information Architecture of over 400 URLs; new CMS, interaction requirements, interaction design, page layout templates, and components
• All hand coded, standards compliant HTML/CSS, tested on multiple browsers
• Creation of all User Interface templates, elements and banners in Photoshop
• Strategic use of SharePoint at all levels of the organization- bringing departments onto MOSS 2007 and custom developing their pages per their individual requirements
• Project Management of resources, budget, scoping, scheduling; documentation and improvement of all web-related business processes

Hand coded intranet home page built on Interwoven Teamsite, presenting 80+ links from the home page itself- using jQuery fly outs to layer information categorically.
SharePoint home page: allows users to explore the entire site collection from one page while still presenting an additional 20+ most clicked links and organizational news and updates. Extensive use of rss feeds, reusable components and jQuery calls to sub-site feeds.
