NDS-Whirlpool Challenge 2010 - The product is composed of different modules, which can be designed for specific social/cultural/fisical needs of the users. This modules can be produced in local industries, improving the regional economy and reducing the transportation required by the typical production processes. This configuration also increases the product life-cycle, once it facilitates adjusting the product along the time by repairing and upgrading it.
