Coil Alignment Tool Prototype
This was my first design project as a co-op.
The task was to design a simple tool to help ensure that a coil was centered properly on the coil (for a progressive press).
Rather than measuring from the outside, my idea was to measure from the inside, so that the tool would also act as a hard-stop; thus the coil would be physically stopped when it was at the center position without any need to measure.
