The mixed land use proposal was designed with the intent of maximizing the usable areas and approaches for a variety of functions- Commercial / Corporate and Service apartments. The building is oriented to maximize the shopping frontage. The entire complex is designed as an open mall with an semi-covered enclosed space. A space frame canopy sits atop this enclosed space to provide a comfortable all weather environment.
