Jaipur Local Bus Terminal

Area- 25,000Sq. Ft. (Site area 10 acres)
The design focused on overlapping the function of the bus terminal and a shopping street. This was done to provide an active street face as is faced one of the major roads of the city. This was also done to provide for financing of the bus terminal in a PPP model. The shopping street was designed as a low height pedestrian friendly environment more reminiscent of more such bazaars in the old city of Jaipur.
