Here are a few examples of creative strategies created for Kiwanis brands. I've used similar techniques for clients, including OneAmerica, Schwarz Partners and Adjutant Solutions Group for both internal and external communications. Creating the plans is a collaborative process based on the OIIC brief from Saatchi and Saatchi/The Lovemarks Academy.
