Gamil was hired by Sagmeister to take an initial design concept from a sketch to a limited quantity produced piece. Gamil's expertise in product design and engineering, materials, sourcing, and working with multiple manufacturers in Asia helped to achieve a quality result on a tight deadline. Gamila Mila Case System - To bring independent record stores into the MP3 product space, Gamil Design collaborated with the Music Monitor Network to create a special case system designed to allow customization and promote indie bands like Gorillaz and Cold Play. The program was so successful that the line has expanded under the Mila brand name into retailers across the country.

Robyn Hitchcock Deluxe Package - To celebrate his new album “I Seem to Dream of Trains,” Robyn Hitchcock launched a new deluxe package to include old video footage...on a DVD. The vintage-inspired package unfolds and transforms into a phenakistoscope, or moving picture machine. Original artwork animation frames on both the CD and DVD are seen through the included viewer by spinning the discs on the dowel assembly.
