The objectives of the Competition are to collect design ideas and concepts for the noise mitigation/retaining structure design for Tsuen Wan Bypass and to encourage public participation in the design process. The ideas and design concepts should achieve the followings:
To create an innovative, functional, buildable, cost effective, durable, sustainable, environmental friendly, noise mitigation measures/retaining walls which will also harmonize with local district; and
To develop a theme for further design development.
