Allister Jude Fernandes

This project was inspired by les demoiselles d’avignon a Cubist painting by Pablo Picasso depicting five nude female
prostitutes from a brothel on Carrer d’Avinyó (Avinyó Street) in Barcelona. The line work observed in this painting
was my main inspiration for the seaming of this collection.
The manupulation of denim with organdy when fused togeather gave a feel of been naked. The contrast and texture
along with the seaming gave it a futuristic feel.
