Gratitude Essay
I use photograhy as a means to document my family and how grateful I am for them and how happy I am to have them in my life. With all of our lives in constant motion, I tried to capture the essence of unplanned pictures, describing that life can't always be planned out, just like pictures, so I choose candids that portray beautiful moments when they weren't necessarily looking at the camera. My goal was to show this also by giving the photos a light and airy feeling to make the viewer feel how special my family is to me.
