Accessible Compression Stocking
This project was a part of the 2017 Hatching Health medical hackathon. The pitch was given by Keri Fuchko (physical therapist).
Keri is constantly challenged with lymphedema patients whose swelling relapse because they are unable to put on compression stockings on their own at home. This is because existing solutions on the market are not designed with accessibility in mind, making it difficult to use for those with limited mobility.
A team was formed and spent the next 2 days brainstorming and coming up with a concept prototype.
