Rotary Park Bench Design
Second Year-Individual Project
We were each given a category (Trash Can, Shelter, Sign, or Bench) and had to come up with a design that worked with the site (Rotary Park located in Sudbury). My inspiration came from the myriad of birds and bird feeders present throughout the entire park. My design proposal was to inform people of the different types of birds, based on the colours of their wings. In my example model, I chose a Blue Jay because of its popularity within the area.
