UCSD Mechanical Engineering Senior Design Project:
TERADATA stores in their facilities hundreds of cabinets weighing up to 2,000lbs and occasionally, some of them need to be repositioned laterally. The objective of this project was to create a device capable of engaging and lifting the front part of the cabinet, and then reposition it laterally by a few inches.
