MOMA Redesign
A fantasy re-branding of the Museum of Modern Art. I wanted to emphasize the rounded forms of "moma" and create a fun and simple logo. The large O is meant to phonetically reinforce the pronunciation. The colors were taken from an Ad Reinhardt painting in MOMA's permanent collection and are paired with clashing colors to create an interesting visual sensation. These colors would be used in the logo's counter-form pattern and applied on various merchandise. The images below are from the new identity's style guide.
