Together We Do Better - The Sustainable Bag Campaign for JCPenney - Our team took a systems approach in designing a new reusable bag for JCPenney. We designed a product with an educational component; making kids more aware of the downsides of single-use plastic bags, while also allowing them to have fun by drawing onto the surface of the bag. This concept in turn made the product more valuable to the parents of the children as well, prompting them to save and use the product for a long time. The bags are made out of Tyvek® and Terraskin.
