When your work transcends borders, there is a special satisfaction, when you do it for your country, it is worth twice. This project was planned, designed and managed from Mexico, however it was entirely produced in Moscow. In one of the most iconic venues in the city, just 1 block from the red square and the Kremlin, the Gostiny Dvor hosted the Mexican pavilion that, through art, shows, music, food, beer and Mexican traditions housed to more than 15k people per day during the 30 days of the World Cup, winning the heart and admiration of everyone including a big national and international media coverage, It also hosted the largest screen in the city where they could enjoy the transmission of all the matches while they enjoyed the vast Mexican culture. In this project I was responsible for the design of stands, stage, food and drink stations, art exhibitions and stores, all planned from Mexico and as Supervisor in Moscow throughout the event.
