Cross Street Partners is a vertically integrated real estate company exclusively focused on re-building communities by creating vibrant urban mixed-use neighborhoods built on a foundation of innovation and entrepreneurial activity.

The Partners were in need of a new identity to reflect their new team, so a new, adaptable logo was created, as well as a monogram featuring 3 different color variations to be used depending on which type of clientele they would be working with.

A new, more playful website was then designed to reflect their more modern, forward-thinking approach.
