Nespresso contest - Liquid theory - A new way of adding sugar and milk to the coffee. Liquid cane sugar or glucose syrup is substituted for solid sugar to make it part of a pair : as salt and pepper, there is milk and sugar. Pouring milk and sugar becomes a precise and sensual moment, just like the spirit of Nespresso.
