Kurt...neverminds - These are 12inch Vinyl's painted with acrylic and a coulored chalk and or white pastel pencil. It's really tricky and challenging, because you have to paint in reverse leaving the black side of the vinyl. I can say, going back to my roots as a portraitist really is satisfying and uplifting knowing you can create works of art from inspiring music artists. Thanks, okay let's get back to work :)

The ICON SERIES a vinyl project - The whole idea of this project is to immortalize Icons in music, regardless of race, religion, gender, genre or country of origin. These are the people who inspires those who loves the world of music. So, I thought they deserved a better platform to feature. Then, I came across the Idea of using Vinyl and it works beautifully.
