Track Handlebars
The shape of the handlebars was constructed out of MDF. Once the desired form was achieved a fiberglass, 2 part mold was made from that shape. Carbon sleeving was layered into the mold and then an inflated bike tube pressurized the sleeving into the crevices of the mold. The finished part weighs 110 grams.
