Integrated Design 4 Urban Design
This class focused on Urban Design. The project is to design anything in Detroit. My goal is to utilize vacant land in food desert areas in Detroit. In Detroit a food desert is recognized as an area that it more than a couple miles from a food source. Within these areas my goal is to create a space for pit greenhouses with solar panels so the gardens can be used all year round and the solar panels would give back energy to the city.
