Convergys India wanted to send across a message that working with BPO is not a part time job but is a long time serving serious career option. The target audience was the middle managers who intend to look for stable jobs to take care of their present and future responsibilities. The outdoor campaign served the purpose with clear communication via endearing visuals, touching emotions and apt content.
