OBJECTIVE: Design a new corporate office for Global Advocates on the 18th floor of a building in Boston’s Longwood Medical Area. The firm is composed of attorneys, environmental scientists, and investigators who are all focused on environmental advocacy around the globe.
CONCEPT: The client was looking to reinvent their image, and knew they wanted an open and relaxed environment. Inspired by hospitality and residential design, the office incorporates new and old elements for a whimsical feel. The three war rooms become spaces within a space where the entire firm can come together to discuss ideas and draw on the walls.
