The circular base of the device is the heating surface.
The petals of bloom are made up of high strength, heat resistant, non-stick material making it suitable for cooking.
The petals can assume multiple positions depending on the application for which the device is being used. The petals also turn at speeds ranging from 10rpm to 8000rpm depending on the application
The entire device is controlled by a touch sensitive control and display panel on the back of the BLOOM’S stem.
A container is placed on the base (not heating at this point) and whatever is to be washed, rinsed, chopped, cut, minced, sliced is placed in the container. Depending on the application and the food product in the container pre set program can be selected. The petals will turn at the appropriate speed and open or shut in the adequate degree depending on the desired action.
