IOS app for improving mental health
The project
Spirit is an app for training mindfulness and controlling the stress level that attacks us from all sides these days. Here, the user is offered various meditation practices aimed at different aspects of life - depression, anxiety, lack of concentration, etc.
Key challenges
Our challenge was to create a more accessible application, without making focus around meditation or something too “spiritual” and also not too generic like other applications
