Bay Point Project

The Eclectic Bay Point House was more property management project more than anything. The decor was ever-changing as it was a melting pot of his/hers styles, family heirlooms, vintage pieces , and maintenance upgrades. This house I managed for about 4 years. From Budgeting to wall coverings, to the eventual sale of this property to a soccer celebrity in 2023.
