The house designed for a middle aged
couple with a grown up son who lived apart
from them but often visited.
The atmosphere of the family house
is calm, cosy and functional.
There is a large classic
living room with dark walls and a
feature fireplace in a baroque style,
cosy kitchen with dining area is in pastel colours
with furniture that was made from natural wood.
The bedroom is also in pastel colors
to create a restful environment. The other
bedroom, not ilustrated here, was for their son
in a more contemporary style.
The main style of the project was classic
with some additional details from other styles, to
create a sence of sophistication and luxury.
Alternative lighting concepts were incorporated
to facilitate mood and atmosphere options..
Full lenght curtains, tiebacks and
textiles were used to soften and underline the
overall atmosphere and quality of the furnishings.
