Panasonic Pulse - My design was a universal electrical powered vehicle that seats four people referred to as "Pulse." Keeping in consideration of what country you are from whether you drive on the left or right side of the car. The driver's seat is centered with a front entrance. The vehicle can be customized and all seats can be rearranged except for the driver's seat.
