Nano coating materials create a waterproof layer on surfaces, they can be use in a water dispenser called Spray the cup. After a person used a disposable cup in a high consumption place like air port, he / she shouldn't throw the cup away, instead put it back in the dispenser and the next user who wants to drink a cup of water should press the spray button to start a nano coating spraying process. The spray nozzles cover both inside and outside of the cup and create a layer with thickness of 5 microns inside and outside of the cup, thus possible septic and oral infection of past user wont be transmitted to the next. This method causes 15 times less consumption of disposable plastic cups since a disposable cup thickness is 150 microns. This layering process can be done up to 200 times on a single cup.This project aims to decrease waste of plastic,energy as well as cutting the recycling process . As technology grows the nano- coating would get thinner and more materials will be saved.
