FABULICIOUS is a special occasion footwear brand embracing a diverse spectrum of themes including evening, party, prom, pageantry and bridal. An exquisite and sophisticated assortment of styles and constructions, my job as photo art director was to clearly communicate the artistic vision to internal creative team, staff photographer and on set crew resulting in strong lifestyle images that captured the essence of the special occasion themes being represented.
Responsible for styling all lifestyle photography for FABULICIOUS footwear brand. Job description included overseeing the hiring, borrowing and purchasing of all props, garments and accessories involved. In charge of scouting location site as well as hiring all of the talents for the project (photographer, models, hair & makeup artists).
All lifestyle images were shot in full color, either on location or in studio. Select images were desaturated in post production to enhance and differentiate between individual themes. Lifestyle images were shot with the intent to be used across various advertising platforms, not limited to strictly catalog usage.
Responsible for art directing and styling all in-studio lifestyle photography. FABULICIOUS brings special occasion footwear to a new level of choice and sophistication with an exquisite assortment of alluring styles and constructions. As photo art director it was my job to ensure that all lifestyle photography captured the same level of sophistication and elegance of which defined the footwear brand being launched.
