Versatile Fashions is a manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer of lingerie and fetish wear, specializing in the highest quality of authentic, steel boned, hand-made custom corsetry. My responsibilities as head designer involved leading design and product development execution from concept to production.
As production manager I was in charge of overseeing production execution as well as meeting and ensuring on time delivery. My responsibilities involved sourcing fabric and trim vendors to meet company needs. I worked one on one with manufacturing throughout the entire creation process of new sample pieces. I reviewed all prototype samples for construction, silhouette, fit and trim details, and attended all product fittings, addressing fit issues to maintain the design integrity.
