STRIORIAN
Striorian is a design proposal for Burning Man 2012. The project requirements called for a pavilion-like space to hold music performances during the week long event. Typically most structures at Burning Man, are set on fire the last night of the event leaving only burnt ashes. This proposal composed of a steel structure with an patterned wood furring, is different in that the structure is meant to transform into something that remains functional and that could potentially be repurposed in another location.
