• Maximized growth developed into key silhouettes, reducing the number of SKUs, increasing profitability and style productivity by 20% by reducing breadth and depth by 20%.
• Increased markup for products developed for 2023 to 72.25% + 124 basis points over LY, by engineering construction, maximizing the efficiency of all components, and utilizing best material options to gain improvement in markup.
