WhiteLight NINETY° Parasol
Bournemouth University Project - The briefly was simply to come up with a piece of modern functional outside furniture. I wanted to drift from the standard predictable seating and table ideas that the lecturers were expecting us to design and came up with the WhiteNight° NINETY Parasol. The parasol can act as a protection from the sun, shelter from the rain, and also can pose as an outside light with LED sheets attached to the underside of the fans, to create an illuminated white glow.
