PC's are becoming the center of the home, particularly All-in-Ones (which bring the entire computer to the desktop in one elegant package). We recognized that this AIO had to be as clean, simple and beautiful from the back as it was from the front. We removed all visible fastenters, centralized the IO ports and utilized and innovative thermal solution to localize the venting to one location at the bottom.
The thinnest All-in-One in it's class, the V 300 uses mobile architecture rather than thick, chunky desktop components. We centralized all of the components in the back, allowing a graceful and aggressive taper to the sides which introduces an incredibly thin looking machine.

Many conventional All-in-Ones suffer from a big usability problem...because all of the IO and components are typically mounted behind the display, the user must reach around to the back of the unit to load a disk or plug in an accessory. We deferred those interactions to the base where they are always available and easy to access.
The V -300 uses a new 3 camera IR sensing architecture, which produces incredibly accurate touch response - eliminating the "ghosting" problem for multi-touch gestures which often leads to miscues and inaccuracies in conventional 2 camera solutions.
The Aluminum base, thoughtful details and seamless, fastener-free construction all work together to convey quality and precision to the consumer. The quiet, capable design is one that will last and delight for the life of the system, and introduces the LG name confidently into the desktop computing market.
