Afro Goblin Action Wallpaper
Bullion Bulldozer
Resin cast figure I made of my own cartoon character Afro Goblin. First of all I sculpted a fimo clay model which was fired in the oven. Then I used a room temperature vulcanising silicone mould mix to create a two part mould of each part of the figure (head, torso, arms and legs.) Channels were cut into one half of each mould and liquid resin poured in to create a copy of the figure.
The finished painted resin figure. A gun sight was added using a thin sheet of laminated card.
Afro Goblin posing with his matching white 1965 Alfa Romeo GTA. I did not make the car it is a 1:18 scale metal model.
The Afro Goblin figure is made of resin but the other models are the original fimo clay models which have been painted.

Afro Goblin and chums

"Afro Goblin and chums" are characters and animations I created whilst studying at Staffordshire University all by myself! From concept and storyboard, to pencil animation, inking, scanning and colouring to final sound editing, I've had experience at each stage of putting an animation together!

This portfolio contains both episodes of the animation to watch as well as the "Movie" version and also shows stills from the film, concept drawings, storyboard images used to create the film and 3D hand sculpted models of the characters to showcase the merchandising potential of toys/figurine tie-ins of the characters.
