Ugly in NYC is an upcoming blog which focuses on the ups and downs of being a one of New York’s many 20-somethings. Because the image people think when they hear the word “Ugly” or “NYC”, this project was very fun to visualize. Focusing in on this, I wanted to use the typography of the logo to give context as to what the blog is about.
