Oakgov.com/clemis was a website redesign project. Clemis was using Sharepoint 2010 and I had to migrate the site to Sharepoint 2013. The banner image on the original website was too small with bad resolution to migrate over. Therefore, I purchased an image, placed it into Photoshop and created the red and blue effect with the Clemis logo in the middle.
