Majors Crossing is a seven building multi-family housing development, with two single story buildings and five two-story buildings. The development goal was LEED Certification, and we hit LEED Gold. This is a rural development for low income housing, which allowed us to apply for tax credits. The project was built adjacent to a wetlands area, so proper procedures were closely followed in collaboration with the EPA, Army Corp. of Engineers and other agencies to protect the local habitat.
