The La Quinta Inn & Suites was a modular built new commercial construction project, in collaboration with a local wood modular company. This allowed the project to shave significant time off the build, in order to open for summer tourist business. Close communication and planning were required due to the special permits, transportation and craning in-place of the modular units.
