I lead the User Experience team at OCLC which consisted of three full-time user researchers, four interaction designers and myself. Again I championed getting out and meeting with customers on their turf and using that data to better our designs. Additionally, I was the chief designer for the award-winning library management system, OCLC's new product line first released in 2010.
