Campaign(Concept) - Burj Islamic Banking

Burj Islamic Banking. In a country where more than 95% population is muslims. The banking system remained "un-islamic". The definition of Islamic banking is basically "no interest banking". However, no matter whether you were a practicing muslim or not, most of the people banked with conventional banks. Islamic Banking always used very traditional way of approaching the subject and always failed to lure in customers. We decided to create a 'thinking' campaign and approached it differently in a more progressive and minimalist manner. The campaign was very well received specially with high net-worth individuals who were conventional banking and still avoiding the interest(as per islamic guidelines) by keeping all their money in 'current accounts' so no interest is accumulated on their money. Later on Burj Bank Limited was merged into Albaraka Bank.
